How It Works
Paste Your Feedback Link
Copy the URL from your Google Business review page, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Tally, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, or any other feedback platform. Paste it into the generator above.
Brand and Customise
Match your brand colours, add your logo, and attach a frame with text like "Scan to Review" or "Tell Us What You Think". A clear call-to-action dramatically increases scan rates.
Place It Where Customers Are
Print on receipts, table cards, loyalty cards, event badges, or product packaging. Display on screens at the checkout counter or service desk. The more visible, the more responses.
Popular Use Cases
Restaurant Reviews
Place a feedback QR on every table, on the bill folder, or on the takeaway bag. Customers scan after their meal while the experience is fresh — boosting your Google and TripAdvisor ratings.
Hotel & Hospitality
Put a feedback QR in guest rooms, at the front desk, or on checkout receipts. Linking to TripAdvisor or a post-stay survey helps you catch issues before they become public complaints.
Retail & Service
Display a "How did we do?" QR near the exit or on shopping bags. A quick 30-second survey tells you exactly what to improve — and happy customers can be redirected to leave a Google review.
Events & Conferences
Collect real-time session feedback at conferences, workshops, or seminars. Print the QR on attendee badges, slide decks, or event signage. Get responses while the session is still in the room.
Healthcare & Clinics
A QR code on a prescription bag, appointment card, or waiting room poster lets patients rate their experience privately. Helps practices track patient satisfaction and flag service gaps quickly.
Product Packaging
Include a feedback QR on product boxes or instruction leaflets. Buyers can rate the product and leave a detailed review — valuable social proof that doubles as direct market research.
Where to Get Your Feedback Link
Google Reviews
Search your business on Google → click "Get more reviews" in Business Profile → copy the short link. It opens the Google review modal directly.
Google Forms
Open your form → click "Send" → copy the form link. Shorten it with bit.ly first for a cleaner QR pattern.
Typeform / Tally / SurveyMonkey
Publish your form and copy the public URL from the Share or Publish tab. Paste it directly into the generator.
TripAdvisor / Trustpilot
Visit your business profile page, click the "Write a review" button, and copy the URL from your browser address bar.
Tips for Getting More Responses
- Ask at the right moment. The best time to ask for feedback is immediately after the experience — at the table, at checkout, or at session end. Response rates drop sharply with time.
- Keep surveys short. Forms with 3–5 questions get dramatically higher completion rates than longer surveys. Link to a concise form and save the deep-dive for a follow-up email.
- Use a CTA frame. Add text like "Scan to Rate Us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐" or "Your feedback takes 30 seconds" as a frame in Step 3. Specific, low-effort CTAs outperform generic ones.
- Offer a small incentive. "Scan to leave a review and get 10% off your next visit" dramatically increases participation — just make sure the incentive complies with the review platform's terms.
- Print at eye level. QR codes at standing eye level (roughly 150–160 cm from the floor) get scanned far more than ones placed low on a counter or stuck under a table.
- Test before printing at scale. Scan the final QR from multiple devices and confirm the form or review page loads correctly, especially on both iOS and Android.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I link to any feedback platform?
Yes. The QR encodes any URL you provide — Google Reviews, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Tally, JotForm, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp, your own website, or anything else. As long as it's a valid web address, the QR will work.
Does QRSansar store my feedback form link?
No. QR code generation is 100% client-side. Your URL and any other details you enter stay in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
Can I update the feedback URL after the QR is printed?
Not without reprinting if you download the QR as a static file. To make the destination updatable, link the QR to a short URL (e.g., via bit.ly) that you can redirect at any time — then you can change the form destination without touching the QR code.
How do I get my Google review link?
Go to Google Maps, search for your business, click on your Business Profile, then select "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews". Google will give you a short link like g.page/r/... — paste that directly into the generator.
What size should I print the feedback QR code?
A minimum of 2.5 cm × 2.5 cm (about 1 inch) for close-range scanning, such as a receipt or table card. For wall-mounted or poster placement, 10 cm × 10 cm or larger ensures reliable scans from a normal viewing distance. Always download at 600 × 600 px or larger, or use SVG format for print.
