Welcome to QRSansar by TechSansar.com. By accessing or using our website (qrsansar.com) and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using QRSansar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any future modifications.

2. Description of Services

QRSansar provides the following services:

• Static QR Code Generation: Create QR codes for URLs, WiFi, vCard, email, SMS, phone, events, text, app store links, social media, and WhatsApp — all processed locally in your browser.
• Dynamic QR Codes (Premium/Enterprise): Create QR codes with trackable, editable redirect URLs. Scan analytics and destination changes are available from your dashboard.
• Bulk QR Generation (Premium/Enterprise): Upload a CSV file to generate multiple QR codes at once and download them as a ZIP archive.
• Document QR Codes: Upload documents (PDF, images, etc.) and generate QR codes that link to them.
• Landing Page Builder: Create link-in-bio style landing pages with custom themes, links, and QR codes.
• Dashboard: Manage your QR codes, dynamic links, documents, and landing pages from a central dashboard.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

a. Account Creation:

• Users may create an account using social login options (Google, Facebook, or Microsoft). By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

b. Account Deletion:

• You may delete your account at any time by accessing the settings on your profile page. Upon deletion, all your saved data — including QR codes, dynamic links, uploaded documents, and landing pages — will be permanently removed from our system. See our User Data Deletion Policy for details.

c. Use Without Account:

• Users can access QRSansar's core QR code generation features without signing in. In such cases, no personal information is stored or retained by us. All processing happens locally in your browser.

4. Plans, Tiers, and Limits

QRSansar offers different service tiers:

• Free: Unlimited static QR codes, up to 5 saved QR codes, 1 document upload, 1 landing page, and basic customization.
• Premium: All free features plus dynamic QR codes (up to 50), bulk QR generation, up to 100 saved QR codes, 25 document uploads, 10 landing pages, and advanced customization options.
• Enterprise: All premium features with higher limits — unlimited dynamic QR codes, bulk generation, unlimited saved QR codes, 100 document uploads, 10 landing pages, and priority support.

Plan limits and pricing are subject to change. Current details are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.

5. Permitted Use and Restrictions

a. Permitted Use:

• Users are permitted to generate QR codes for personal or commercial use, as long as the usage complies with local and international laws.
• Landing pages created on QRSansar must contain lawful content and must not infringe on third-party rights.

b. Prohibited Use:

• You may not use QRSansar's services in a way that could harm or overburden our systems. This includes using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate an excessive number of QR codes or landing pages.
• Users are prohibited from using QR codes or landing pages generated on QRSansar for malicious or illegal activities such as fraud, phishing, distributing malware, or any other activities that violate laws or regulations.
• Uploading documents that contain illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Creating landing pages that impersonate other individuals, brands, or organizations is not permitted.

6. Document Uploads

• Documents uploaded through QRSansar are stored on Cloudflare R2 storage and are accessible via unique, non-guessable URLs.
• You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant QRSansar a limited license to store and serve the document for the purpose of providing our QR code service.
• We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these terms or applicable law.
• Document upload limits vary by plan tier.

7. Landing Pages

• Landing pages are publicly accessible at qrsansar.com/p/your-slug. You are responsible for the content displayed on your landing pages.
• Landing page slugs must be unique and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to remove landing pages that violate these terms, contain harmful content, or infringe on third-party rights.
• Landing page limits vary by plan tier.

8. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:

All content, design elements, software, logos, trademarks, and any other materials on QRSansar are owned by TechSansar.com or licensed to us. You may not use, modify, or reproduce any of these materials without our explicit permission, except for the QR codes you generate and content you create.

b. QR Code and Content Usage:

You are free to use the QR codes generated by QRSansar for personal or commercial purposes. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and landing page content.

9. Privacy Policy

By using QRSansar, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We also maintain a Cookie Policy detailing our use of cookies and tracking technologies.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to manage sessions, improve your user experience, analyze website traffic, and serve relevant advertisements. By using QRSansar, you consent to the use of cookies as outlined in our Cookie Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

QRSansar integrates third-party services such as:

• Google Analytics: For monitoring and analyzing traffic.
• Google, Facebook, and Microsoft Social Logins: For authentication purposes. By logging in using these services, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.
• Cloudflare: For hosting, CDN, security, and storage infrastructure.
• Mailtrap: For sending transactional emails (welcome emails, notifications).

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of QRSansar but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

QRSansar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform and its features. To the fullest extent permissible by law, TechSansar.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or QR codes due to account deletion or system issues.
• Inaccessibility of dynamic QR codes, documents, or landing pages.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your access to premium features, stored QR codes, documents, and landing pages will be revoked.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on the website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from your use of QRSansar will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
