Refund Policy

At QRSansar, we stand behind our product. If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment — no questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans (Premium and Enterprise) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of the original transaction date and we will issue a full refund.
- The 14-day window starts on the date of the initial payment.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- There are no administration or processing fees deducted from refunds.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The request must come from the email address associated with your QRSansar account.
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds after the renewal has been processed.
3. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is approved and processed:
- Your account will revert to the Free plan immediately.
- Premium features (dynamic QR codes, bulk generation, extended storage) will become inaccessible.
- Any QR codes, documents, or landing pages created under your paid plan will be retained on the Free plan up to the Free plan limits. Data beyond those limits may be subject to removal.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us using one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a message to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered email address and the date of purchase.
- Contact form: Use our Contact Page and select "Billing / Refund" as the subject.
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Payments Processed by Paddle
Payments for QRSansar paid plans are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf. When you purchase a paid plan:
- Your payment is processed by Paddle, and your invoice will show Paddle as the seller.
- For billing disputes or chargebacks, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- Paddle's own Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:
- The 14-day window has passed.
- We determine the account was used in violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., abusive use, fraudulent activity).
- A chargeback has already been initiated for the same transaction.
