The QR that knows where you are and where your gate just moved
Hamad International in Doha is one of the busiest connecting hubs on the planet, and gate assignments shift as planes do. Wayfinding QR stickers along the long corridors and duty-free aisles encode their own exact position. Scan one and your boarding pass, plus the live gate board, folds into the URL on its way to the server. What loads is a personal walking route from where you are standing to where your plane is parked, recalculated the moment the gate changes. The same trick is appearing at Singapore Changi and London Heathrow, where the walks are long enough that a five-gate reassignment used to mean a real run.
