At QRSansar (qrsansar.com), we value your privacy and data rights. This page outlines how you can request deletion of your account and any personal data stored on our platform.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

All stored data will be permanently deleted, including your:

• Saved QR codes and related project data
• Dynamic QR codes and scan analytics
• Uploaded documents
• Landing pages
• Profile and login credentials
• Usage history associated with your account

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Self-Service: Delete From Your Account

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is from within the app:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Open Account Settings
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Once confirmed, all associated data is removed from our systems.

Request Data Deletion Manually

If you are unable to log in or would prefer to submit a manual request, use our Contact page and choose the subject "Account/Data Deletion Request". Include:

• Your registered email address
• Any specific data you want deleted (if partial deletion is requested)

We typically respond within 48 hours, and your request will be processed within 7 business days.

Automatic Deletion of Inactive Accounts

To minimise the amount of personal data we retain, accounts that have been inactive for two consecutive years — no logins and no active paid subscription or billing profile — will be automatically deleted, along with all associated data (QR codes, dynamic links, documents and landing pages).

We will send a reminder to the email address on file one month before any automatic deletion, so you have time to log in and keep the account active, export your data, or delete the account on your own terms.

Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your personal data (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

• We do not share, sell, or retain your personal data beyond your consent or legal compliance.
• Deletion of your account is final and includes all services provided by QRSansar under your login credentials.
• If you have an active paid subscription, cancelling and deleting your account will end your access to premium features at the end of the current billing period. For refund requests within 14 days of purchase, see our Refund Policy.
