Enterprise · EU eFTI Ready

One QR per Shipment. eFTI-Aligned Customs Data on Every Pallet.

Per-shipment QR carrying origin, HS code, CBAM embedded emissions and an EUDR due-diligence statement — scanned at each border, dock and customs touchpoint without the four-document handoff packet.

Three EU Regulations, One Pallet, Four Disjointed Documents

From August 2025, EU Regulation 2020/1056 (eFTI) obliges member-state authorities to accept electronic Freight Transport Information at every cross-border touchpoint. CBAM (in reporting phase since October 2023, financial liability from 2026) demands embedded-emissions data per shipment of iron, steel, aluminium, cement, fertiliser, hydrogen and electricity. EUDR (enforcement from December 2025) requires a geolocated due-diligence statement per shipment of cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy and timber. Forwarders today stitch this together with a paper CMR note, an Excel emissions sheet, a separate EUDR PDF and a customs-portal upload. One per-shipment QR collapses that into a single scannable surface — public payload for the dock, authority-key payload for customs.

One Shipment, One QR, Two Views.

QRSansar generates a per-shipment QR that resolves to qrsansar.com/logistics-info/[shipment-code]. The public scan exposes the safe-to-share fields — shipment ID, origin and destination country, carrier, ETA and the eFTI declaration reference. An authority-key URL variant (printed alongside on the customs sleeve, not on the pallet itself) unlocks the sensitive payload: 8-digit HS code, supplier name and geocoordinates, kg CO₂e embedded emissions and carbon price already paid, and the regulated-commodity EUDR statement. Border officers scan once and see what they need — competitors at the dock see only the public view.

eFTI 2020/1056 Envelope

Shipment payload structured to the eFTI common data set so EU authorities at any border or hinterland checkpoint can accept it as electronic Freight Transport Information.

CBAM Emissions Field

Encodes 8-digit HS code, kg CO₂e direct + indirect emissions, and carbon price already paid in origin country. Survives the quarterly CBAM declaration cycle from 2026 onwards.

EUDR Due-Diligence Statement

Optional geolocation polygon and regulated-commodity flag — cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy, timber. Generates a per-shipment due-diligence statement reference number.

Capabilities Designed for Enterprise Operations

Bulk Shipment Generation by CSV One print run per cut-off, zero PDF packets

Upload a manifest CSV with one row per shipment — origin, destination, HS code, weight, CBAM emissions, EUDR commodity flag. Download a print-ready ZIP of QR labels, one per row. Designed for daily-cutoff forwarders moving hundreds of shipments per day.

Dual-View Authority Gating

Public QR on the pallet shows only safe-to-share routing data. Authority-key QR printed on the customs sleeve unlocks the full HS code, supplier geocoords, CBAM emissions and EUDR statement. Carriers never see commercial terms; customs sees everything.

GS1 SSCC and EORI Integration

Embed the 18-digit GS1 SSCC pallet identifier and the consignor's EU EORI number directly in the eFTI envelope, so the same QR satisfies internal WMS scanning and external customs lodgement from one print run.

Estimate Handoff Time Recovered Across Your Cross-Border Flows

EU forwarders typically lose 8–15 minutes per shipment to four-document handoffs at each border, dock and customs touchpoint. One eFTI-aligned QR collapses that into a single scan:

Built for Enterprise Cross-Border Logistics

Three Regulations in One Envelope

eFTI gives you the legal vehicle authorities must accept; CBAM and EUDR ride inside it as structured fields. No separate portals, no separate QRs per regulation — one shipment, one envelope, one scan.

Sensitive Data Stays Off the Pallet

Authority-key URL pattern keeps HS code, supplier geocoords and emissions data invisible to anyone at the dock who scans the public QR. The customs sleeve is opaque and travels with the paperwork, not with the freight.

Same Generator, Same QR Engine

Logistics-tracking QRs share QRSansar's engine that powers PP5 disposal, DPP and 27 other types. Standard QR readable by every smartphone camera and every 2D barcode scanner in customs use since 2016.

How to Set Up QRSansar for Cross-Border Logistics

  1. Open the Logistics Tracking Generator

Go to /logistics-tracking, choose Single Shipment or Bulk CSV, and enter the origin country, destination country, carrier and ETA at minimum.

  2. Add Customs and Regulatory Fields

Optionally add the 8-digit HS code, kg CO₂e CBAM emissions, EUDR commodity flag and supplier geocoordinates. These ride in the authority-key view only.

  3. Print the Pallet QR and the Customs Sleeve

Download both QRs in print-ready PNG or SVG. The public QR goes on the pallet label; the authority-key QR stays on the customs paperwork sleeve travelling with the consignment manifest.

  4. Preview the Border-Officer Experience

Share /logistics-info/DEMO-SHIP-001 with internal stakeholders to demonstrate exactly what a carrier sees on the pallet and what a customs officer sees on the sleeve when they scan.

Ready to See It in Action?

Our team will map QRSansar Enterprise to your specific cross-border logistics workflow — no generic demo.

Aligned to EU Regulation 2020/1056 on electronic Freight Transport Information (eFTI), the CBAM Regulation (EU) 2023/956 and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EU) 2023/1115. qrsansar.com is not a customs broker or a CBAM declarant — generated QRs supplement, not replace, the lodgement obligations owed by the importer of record and the declarant of due diligence under each regulation.
