How is this different from the Feedback QR?

The Feedback QR simply encodes a URL to an external form (Google Forms, Typeform, etc.). Review QR is a native system: it hosts the rating form, applies smart gating logic, tracks analytics, and sends alerts — all built into QRSansar.

What platforms can I route public reviews to?

Any platform with a review URL — Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp, Facebook Reviews, and more. Just paste the review page URL when setting up your profile.

Can I change the gating threshold?

Yes. The default is 4 stars (4-5 go public, 1-3 stay private). You can adjust it to any value between 1 and 5 from your dashboard at any time.

Will customers know they're being gated?

No. The experience feels natural. High raters see a "Share your experience" prompt. Low raters see a "Help us improve" form. There is no mention of gating.

What happens if a customer has no internet?

The review is saved locally on their device and automatically sent when they reconnect. No feedback is lost.

Can I get instant alerts for negative reviews?

Yes. Set up email alerts or webhook integrations per review profile. Trigger on negative reviews only, positive only, or all submissions.
