Getting started
Share a document by QR code
Upload a PDF once, get a QR code for it, and replace the file later without reprinting.
How it works
- Sign in and open Documents in your dashboard.
- Upload the file. PDFs are the usual case; the current free limit is 10 MB per file and 10 stored documents.
- QRSansar gives the document a permanent link and a QR code.
- Print or share the code.
Because the code points at the document record rather than at the file, you can upload a new version later and every printed code follows it. A menu, a price list, a safety sheet or a manual can be revised without touching what is already on the wall.
Premium raises the ceilings
Premium currently allows 50 MB per file and 100 stored documents, with a higher daily upload allowance. Nothing about the sharing behaviour changes; you simply get more room.
Two practical notes
Give each document a name you will recognise in six months, because the dashboard list is how you find the thing you need to replace. And keep the original file: QRSansar serves what you uploaded, it is not a backup service.
