Teams and integration

Work as a team

Shared ownership, so a code does not belong to whoever happened to create it.

Why it matters

On a personal plan, everything belongs to the account that made it. That is fine until the person leaves, at which point a printed code has an owner nobody can reach.

An organization workspace moves ownership to the company. Colleagues join the organization, work is shared, and entitlements are held by the org rather than by a person, so an integration keeps working when the individual who set it up moves on.

Setting it up

The organization owner subscribes, then invites the team. Everyone inherits the plan and any modules the organization holds. One billing relationship, one renewal, one place to cancel.

Who can buy what

Only the owner of an organization can add a module. This is deliberate: if any member could, the grant would land on that person rather than on the company that thinks it owns the feature, and you would discover the difference at the worst moment.
